Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Sales Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the FX & Commodities desk through various responsibilities, including trade booking, data analysis, and product development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and streamline processes within our desk.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations: Manage daily tasks, including providing market indications, monitoring barrier notifications, handling fixing files, and booking trades executed by the team.
Trade Confirmation: Ensure timely and accurate sending of trade confirmations to stakeholders.
Data Analytics: Conduct thorough data analysis to support desk strategies, identifying opportunities and gaps for improvement.
Digital Agenda: Collaborate with the team to enhance product offerings on digital platforms, driving the digital transformation of our services.
Process Automation: Streamline and automate various manual processes using VBA knowledge of additional programming languages is a plus.
Product Development: Assist in the launch of new products and gain insights into the entire lifecycle of product development.
Workshops & Events: Facilitate workshops and events under the guidance of desk members, contributing to team training and knowledge sharing.
Ad-hoc Support: Provide support for Management Information Systems (MIS) activities and assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed by the team.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
Proficiency in VBA is required familiarity with other programming languages is a plus.
