Partnering closely with the Front office and all other support functions (Back office, Risk management, Finance management, GBSU IT), you will be responsible for the following:
o Ensure the consistency of transaction with respect to pre-confirmations
o Control pending status in booking and ensure booking status to be completed
o Ensure control of booking and PNL impact from trade modification, cancellation and negotiation
o Ensure consistency of booking after control validation
o Ensure trade life cycle to be managed on time such as fixing, exercise, expiry
o Alert the team if the trade/position anomaly is found and ensure corrective actions.
o Continuous process improvement to meet business push and regulatory requirement
o Manage internal/external client's request to answer the queries and to follow up with respective teams
You will also participate in projects and transversal tasks such as:
Follow-up of transversal issues (systems, financial, accounting ...),
