This position is for individuals who have passion in teaching, love working with young children and believing in developing children to achieve competencies for future success. This position reports to the Centre Principal and works closely with centre teachers.

Job Description
- Refine teaching and learning approaches aligned to Bright Kids curriculum
- Refine classroom management strategies, and strategies to observe and document children's learning
- Engage children meaningfully through the customisation of curriculum and use of appropriate pedagogy
- Implement differentiated teaching and learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of children
- Inculcate the core values of Early Childhood Education through classroom activities and programmes
- Design quality learning environments
- Enhance trusting, respectful relationships with children through classroom curriculum and programmes
- Implement the appropriate course of action for the protection of children
- Adhere to health, safety, nutritional and hygiene standards and procedures
- Strengthen home-centre partnerships
- Co-lead collaborative projects with community stakeholders
- Guide colleagues to engage in continuous learning and reflective practice
- Contribute to fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Contribute in fostering a culture of collaboration
- Uphold the Centre's Vision, Mission and Values

Requirements
- No prior preschool teaching experience required
- A minimum B4 grade for English Language
- A degree or local poly diploma or 5 O-level credits
- Willing to be part of the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) and Career Trial (CT)
- Singaporeans or PRs are preferred
