Job Scope:
- Deliver training sessions for operator licensing, covering theory, practical skills, and safety compliance for powered industrial trucks (forklift / warehouse trucks).
- Work with senior engineers to design and update training materials to meet industry and regulatory standards.
- Identify internal staff training needs, arrange sessions, and bridge skills gaps within the team.
- Conduct competency assessments to identify talent development needs and recommend training pathways for skill enhancement.
- Maintain accurate records of all training activities, certification outcomes, and individual progress.
- Ensure all training aligns with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of trainer experience, experience in powered industrial trucks (forklift / warehouse trucks) is preferred)
- ACLP Certification
