Training Specialist

Role Description

• Responsible for all learning & development activities and analytics.
• Conduct learning needs analysis.
• Establish learning plans.
• Crafting and implementing competencies, learning and development roadmaps.
• Develop training curriculums.
• Deliver and facilitating trainings.
• Assess impact of learnings.
• Administer On-the-Job trainings.
• Manage the learning management system to build people capabilities.
• Organise staff orientation programme.
• Administrate course enrolment & evaluation, training records, training bonds, grants administration, pre & post course review etc.
• Participate and assist with other HR related projects.

Role Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facilitating trainings to all levels.
• Proficient with Wizlearn Learning Management System.
• Experience in OJT Implementation.
• Possess ACTA or ACLP certification.
• Strong in data analytics, communication and presentation skill.
• Proficient with MS office.
• High initiative, independent and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
