Role Overview:
- Facilitate the delivery of strategic transformation initiatives.
- Improve programme management infrastructure and governance.
- Ensure initiatives are coordinated, risks managed, resources allocated, and goals achieved on time, within scope, and budget.
- Establish a structured environment for efficient programme execution.
Primary Responsibilities:
Enhancing Infrastructure and Governance:
- Develop and maintain programme management tools (templates, folder structures, governance mechanisms).
- Support efficient operations across all initiatives.
Implementing Governance & Standards:
- Assist in the rollout of Programme Management and Governance Standards.
Executing and Monitoring Programmes:
- Maintain the Transformation with high quality.
- Monitor progress to ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant delivery.
Managing Risks:
- Identify and address programme risks and changes.
- Collaborate with the Head of Programme Management to implement mitigation strategies.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Create and deliver regular status reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
Providing Broad Programme Management Support:
- Offer programme management support across the Transformation Office.
- Enhance the execution of frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure best practices are applied.
Job Requirements:
- Prior project management expreince
- Prior Financial Industry experience will be an advantage
