Operations Planning: Plan and execute fleet deployment for daily deliveries.
- Logistics Management: Oversee GPS tracking, administration, and cost-effective fleet management.
Record Keeping:
Monitor and update fleet tracking systems and maintain proper documentation.Vehicle Maintenance:
Oversee repairs and maintenance, scheduling regular checkups. Lead investigations into incidents or accidents involving fleet vehicles. Develop protocols for responding to emergencies such as accidents, breakdowns, or severe weather conditions.Driver Management: Manage drivers, enforce compliance with company rules and regulations. Monitor the performance of team members and provide feedback and discipline as needed.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise the delivery team, providing effective leadership and guidance.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Traffic/Transportation or relevant studies.
- Minimum with 3 years of Traffic or Transportation-related experience.
Excellent leadership qualities, problem-solving and decision-making skills.- Deep understanding of personal and staff capabilities, and ability to strengthen weaker areas through collaboration with management.
Comfortable with technology and digital devices.
- Candidates with Class 3/4 Driving License will be advantageous.
