Job Description

Job Description & Requirements
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
Review travel itineraries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring they align with client preferences
  • Generate printed travel itineraries for clients and drivers, including essential trip details
Create and print driver banners with passenger information and pickup/drop-off details
  • Collaborate with partner organizations (Combi Supplier) to share travel itineraries for client coordination
Coordinate with the BPO team to send itineraries and related documents for accurate transport billing
  • Able to use software systems to organize and create job tasks
  • Qualifications:
Diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Skills:
Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in IT + Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task
Time management skills
  • Knowledge of travel industry basics is a plus
Team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,
  • 00 - $3,000.00 per month
