Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Travel Brand Sales Executive to join SkyeBoundAdventures on a freelance basis, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance. You will play a key role in expanding our client base by identifying and engaging quality prospects, enhancing brand awareness, and driving sales. This fully commission-based position offers flexibility and high earning potential to those who excel in a results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential B2B and B2C clients who could benefit from our unique travel services.
  • Effectively communicate the SkyeBoundAdventures brand and value propositions through various channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales by achieving and exceeding targets, maximizing earnings through commissions.
  • Provide insights on client needs and market trends to support continuous improvement in service offerings.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, or branding, ideally within the travel or tourism industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Availability Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to engage with international clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking (preferred but not required).

Compensation

  • This role is fully commission-based, starting at 10%, with no limit on earning potential. High achievers will have the opportunity to transition to a full-time position with further growth opportunities.
