The Opportunity :
The Travel Executive will support the Travel business by handling various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations, and acting as a point of contact for IT-related issues. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
. Administrative Support:
- Assist with all Leisure Travel administrative work, including but not limited to:
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on Campaigns.
- Preparing and analyzing reports for management.
- Filing and documentation management.
. Process and Procedure Management:
- Update and maintain end-to-end processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.
. IT Point of Contact:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues within the Leisure Travel department.
- Liaise with the IT department to resolve technical problems promptly.
. Other Responsibilities:
- Perform additional tasks and projects as allocated by the Head of Travel from time to time.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
. Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel or insurance industry.
. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
. Basic understanding of IT systems and troubleshooting.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
. Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
. Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities.
. Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
