Treasury Ops Accounts Servicing Officer (Bank) (JT)

Support $SGD/FCY Fixed Deposit:

1. Job scope:

1.1 Customer: Treasury & Market/Wealth/Treasures/Mass Market/IBG on the Foreign Currency/S$Fixed Deposit/SRS FD (for both SGD & FCY),

1.2 Others: Archival of documents as part of the BAU activities.

2. Duties:

2.1 Processing of related transaction to ensure correctness and completeness in their bookings in Maker function.

3. Key Accountability

3.1 Good working attitudes (Accuracy, Efficiency and Effectiveness)

3.2 A good team player

3.3 Customer oriented - Able to communicate/handle internal customers on the day-to-day BAU process

4. Required experience:

4.1 Working experience in a banking environment (preferred but not a must)

4.2 Basic knowledge of excel, word document

4.3 Able to work in a fast pace environment, multi-tasking and able to take stress
