We are seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Operations Associate to join our banking
operations team. In this role, you will support the daily functions of the treasury
department, ensuring accurate processing of transactions, cash management, and
adherence to operational procedures. This position is ideal for individuals looking to
develop their careers in treasury operations within a dynamic banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
. Transaction Processing: Assist in the timely and accurate processing of treasury transactions, including payments, funding, and settlements.
. Reconciliation: Support the reconciliation of cash accounts and treasury transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies under the guidance of the Treasury Operations Lead.
. Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and assist in the preparation of reports related to treasury activities and performance metrics.
. Compliance Support: Ensure all transactions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies, assisting in risk management activities as needed.
. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for efficiency in daily operations and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to facilitate seamless operations and support the overall objectives of the treasury function.
Qualifications:
. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.
. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in treasury operations, banking
operations or a related field is a plus, but recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with treasury management systems.
. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
