Job Description:
- Provide functional and technical expertise on KONDOR+ and other in-house bank applications.

- The Support analyst should have a pro-active mindset in security, incident preventive measures, productivity and global improvement of the quality of service.
- Must be flexible to participate in post business hours activities such as but not limited to overnight on-calls, weekend interventions, DRP, releases and other application activities that can be performed only outside the business duration/weekends.
Requirements:
Key Skills
- Candidates should have (5-7) years of experience in Production Support of financial systems.
- Master degree or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge on KONDOR+ application for 3+ years or 3+ years of experience in IT Support for another Capital Markets applications
- Candidates should have ITIL certification/knowledge.
- Knowledge of major market regulatory body's rules is an advantage
- Exposure to Capital Markets applications (E.g. Summit, Kondor+, Murex, Calypso) is an advantage
- Should be able to do SLA & KPI management, Client communication & interaction
- Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management
- Risk analysis and project execution
- Knowledge in Capital Market FO/BO environment is an advantage
- Strong knowledge in Configuration Management
- Strong knowledge in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, Shell Scripting, MQ Series, CFT and Control-M.
- Knowledge of monitoring solution like ITRS Geneos is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Careful observance of standards and processes
