What You Will Do:
The Quality Operations Specialist at HoYoverse is responsible for the quality and enhancement of UGC safety policy execution across our games and communities.
Policy Development: Improving UGC safety policies based on the feedback from policy enforcement to extend the risk coverage and improve policy executability
Quality Management: Measuring the performance of moderation teams and conducting root cause analysis to identify the quality issues through sampling, testing and analysis.
Training & Guidance: Utilizing various methods, including training and calibration exercises, to solve the quality issues identified and maintain the performance above standard
Risk Management: Monitoring escalated issues and identifying potential risks which may require improvements of safety strategy and policies
What We Are Looking For:
Education: Bachelor's degree required; background in linguistics is a plus.
Language Skills: Mastery in English and fluency in modern slangs; additional languages are a plus.
Experience: Preferred experience in content moderation or a related field, with an emphasis on policy development and quality assurance.
Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to details, and familiarity with regional sensitivities.
Game Experience: A passion for gaming, especially within the Anime, Comics, and Games (ACG) culture, is highly desirable.
