Trust Compliance Officer (Singapore)

Our client is an established service provider in the Corporate & Trust space. Dues to business growth, they are looking for an experienced Trust Compliance Officer to join their team. This position is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Compliance and Risk Management Processes within the department.
• Maintenance of Trust policies & Procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Lead role in the trust examinations and liaison with Trust Regulators.
• Liaison between Trust Department and the Organization's audit, compliance, and risk management functions.
• New & Ongoing Account Review Process to assess associated risks
• Act as a member of Trust Committee, Trust Officer Committee, and Privacy Committee.
• Maintain updated and relevant understanding of regulations relating to Fiduciary and Compliance Issues

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years of Experience in trustee companies and financial institutions.
• High level of integrity and good knowledge of AML/ CFT Compliance and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
