Job Summary:
As a Mid-Senior UI Designer, you will lead the design of visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, developers, and product managers to ensure that our designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, mock ups, and prototypes and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Establish and implement design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of design elements.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth.
- Develop and maintain a UI component library.
Your background:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in UI design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Designers who can articulate design rationale, challenge design problems, and are knowledgeable about tech trends like AI and GenAI.
- This role will focus on the RM workbench for a corporate financial services platform, which is complex
- Strong understanding of UX principles and problem-solving.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
- Familiarity with mobile, GenAI, or workbench/workflow tools is an added advantage.
- Skilled in journey mapping, simplifying complex workflows, with a solid focus on both design quality and user experience.
- Mid-weight designers preferred.
