Ui Designer

As a Mid-Senior UI Designer, you will lead the design of visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. Working closely with senior stakeholders, developers, and product managers, you will ensure that all designs are both aesthetically pleasing and functional, adhering to user experience best practices. You'll also play a key role in establishing and maintaining design standards across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, iterating based on feedback.
• Establish and implement design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and enhance designs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design elements.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional development.
• Develop and maintain a UI component library for consistency and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the financial sector or other highly regulated industries.
• Extensive experience with user research and usability testing methods.
• In-depth knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
