UI Developer

Role:

• We're seeking a talented UI/UX Developer/Designer to create seamless, user-friendly digital experiences from concept to implementation.
• This role blends design and development, working closely with product managers and engineers to understand user needs, design intuitive interfaces, and turn them into functional products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop UI mock-ups and interactive prototypes to illustrate how sites and applications will function, ensuring designs are visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly.
• Identify and resolve UX issues throughout the design and development process, ensuring an intuitive user journey.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs align with product goals and meet user needs.
• Conduct usability testing and adjust designs based on user feedback to enhance user experience.

Required Skills:

• Experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio of projects showcasing your skills.
• Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision for creating mock-ups and prototypes.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong ability to communicate and discuss design decisions effectively, collaborating openly with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Angular.js, and Next.js.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a solution-focused approach.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with container leasing systems, sales applications, or procurement/claims applications is a plus.
• Ability to guide and support team members in UI/UX design and development.
