Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to understand user needs and preferences, utilizing interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Organize content and structure information for easy navigation.
- Define the functionality of interactive elements such as buttons, menus, and forms.
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Map user journeys to ensure a smooth, intuitive experience.
- Design animations and transitions to enhance usability and guide users.
- Conduct sessions to gather user feedback and identify improvements.
- Ensure interfaces are accessible to all users, following best practices.
- Adapt interfaces for optimal performance across devices.
- Contribute to pattern libraries and design systems to maintain design consistency.
- Refine designs based on feedback and testing outcomes.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a User Experience Designer.
- Diploma in Interactive Design, Visual Design, or related discipline.
- Experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum), and completed at least one (1) project using Scrum or equivalent as the Agile software development framework.
- Salesforce Certified UX Designer certification.
