Job Description:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to targeted groups of customers to sell products/services by following prepared scripts
- Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasks
- Build relationship with customers over the phone on the long-term basis
- Follow-up on sales leads (from tele-marketing or other channels) to generate sales
- Order Processing via Inbound Calls
- Consignment Ordering and administrative follow up
Qualification:
- Min N/O level/ Nitec/ Diploma Holder
