Job scope:
- Coordinate / liaising with courier service providers.
- Handle Daily sales process through intranet submissions (SLA within 2 hours from the sale submit)
- Handle Delivery Failure intranet portal. (Submit the delivery failure cases reported by couriers).
- Monitor daily courier shipment loads and act accordingly to ensure couriers meet the SLA.
- Handle phone calls /email from sales or couriers on the shipments.
- Plan and coordinate with courier on the bulk shipments delivery.
- Provide clear instruction to courier upon delivery on the shipment details /POD/Cash or cheque collection.
- Coordinate with credit team on the cash / Cheque / PD terms information.
- Act immediately on the shipment issues, related to couriers .
- Coordinate with outsource couriers / movers on the freight quote and transportation arrangement on special handling and projects.
- Coordinate with Sales team on daily shipments.
- Coordinate with inter operation dept to achieve the operations SLA
Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse / supply chain management is advantage
- Comfortable to work in warehouse environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Fast-paced environment
- Detailed, IT literate with proficiency in SAP would be an advantage
- Microsoft Office, strong Excel proficiency would be an advantage
