Location: 1 Kallang Junction
Working Hours: 9.00AM - 6.00PM
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the employee lifecycle from staff planning, recruitment, on-boarding to performance & talent management, recognition & reward, learning & development, demobilization/exit etc.
- Partner closely with business and project leaders to provide advice and guidance on all HR topics (i.e. local labour regulations, organizational and people-related strategy)
- Business partnership to projects/ business units focusing on their HR tactical and operational needs (i.e. employee engagement, talent acquisition, international mobility, salary review, performance management and talent development) and ensuring adherence to regional and global practices and policies
- Being a HR Professional focal point for managers and employees at all levels
- Ensure the statutory requirement and compliance in line with labor law
- Support and coordinate with global mobility team and be the local point of contact for project's transfers and missions.
- Support HR initiatives, programs, and projects
Requirements:
- Possesses good experience in HR without needing too much guidance beyond the initial settling into the new environment and work processes
- Someone who is independent, takes initiative and is hands on.
