Salary: up to 4.3k
Working Hours: 7.30am - 4.30pm
Role and Responsibilities
- Design and improve manufacturing processes with input from global experts and the project team.
- Create production line layouts and station designs, with support from the equipment and testing engineering team.
- Design material handling and preparation flows, including Kanban material replenishment.
- Maintain and optimize production and material handling process data, including process flows, standard times, critical parameters, staff allocation, and technical data in the Process Management System (PMS) and SAP.
- Implement production processes and material handling flows and provide initial training and guidance to the team.
- Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain knowledge documents such as FMEA, Quality Control Plans, and Work Instructions.
- Coordinate and assess the risk of new or revised processes.
- Resolve quality and process issues.
- Evaluate current performance and drive improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency, resource utilization, capacity, and space utilization.
- Support digitalization and smart factory initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Lean Improvement, Engineering, or Manufacturing.
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) preferred.
- Familiarity with manufacturing technology and IT is a plus.
- Creative and analytical thinker.
- Good written and verbal English skills.
- Commitment to safety standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CAD, and SAP.
