Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in applying City and Regional Planning practices in real-world projects.
- Apply urban planning and design techniques to create innovative solutions, with guidance from senior team members.
- Assist in master planning and urban design tasks, helping to develop engaging, visually compelling project graphics.
- Help develop solutions that address social, legal, and economic aspects of urban design.
- Participate in design reviews and collaborate with design teams on project schemes and proposals.
- Coordinate with team members to prepare, update, and manage project documentation.
- Assist with project coordination by communicating updates to clients and helping manage project scopes and timelines.
- Support in preparing project showcases and marketing materials to attract new clientele and seek approvals.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in a degree program in Urban Planning, Urban Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, and PowerPoint to assist team leads with technical drawings and presentations.
- Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
