Job Description:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to targeted groups of customers to sell products/services by following prepared scripts
• Follow and adhere to work processes and standard operating procedures in performing day-to-day tasks
• Build relationship with customers over the phone on the long-term basis
• Follow-up on sales leads (from tele-marketing or other channels) to generate sales
• Order Processing via Inbound Calls
• Consignment Ordering and administrative follow up

Qualification:

• Min N/O level/ Nitec/ Diploma Holder
