Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full sets of accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
- Analyze financial performance to improve profitability.
- Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Lead the annual budgeting process with department heads.
- Monitor budget performance and recommend adjustments.
- Prepare forecasts to anticipate financial trends.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Work with auditors and tax advisors for audits and filings.
- Oversee HR and administrative tasks
- Ensure implementation of company policies for smooth operations.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance or CPA/ CA qualification or equivalent.
- At least 5 - 7 years of financial accounting experience.
- Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage.
