Responsibilities
- Manage the company's insurance portfolio and support the development of effective risk management strategies and programs for the company.
- Identify potential risks and implement risk management solutions.
- Work internal and external counterparts (such as insurance brokers and law firms), to secure the best insurance coverage and reduce financial risks for the company.
- Assist in risk assessments, handle claims, and prepare risk management reports for senior management.
- Promote a risk-aware culture through regular evaluations and training, integrating risk management into everyday operations.
- Ensure the insurance framework meets the needs of the organization's growth and complies with regulatory requirements in Singapore and internationally.
- Use analytical and communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and support comprehensive risk mitigation efforts.
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or equivalent
- At least 3 - 5 years of risk management & compliance working experience, preferably with insurance experience
