Job Summary
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service. You will assist customers with their enquiries, resolve any issues, and maintain the store's high-quality service.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet walk in customers warmly and assisting with enquiries.
- Registering customers appointments and scheduling next appointments via phone calls, email or in-person.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth flow of store operations and a positive work environment.
- Assist in cashiering duties, including processing payments and maintaining accurate cash records.
- Help with store upkeep, including arranging merchandise, ensuring displays are attractive and accessible, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory tracking, and stock organization to ensure availability of products.
Job Requirements
- Experience in a customer service or retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive, friendly attitude with a customer-focused approach.
You will receive
- Basic salary of $1,800 + $500 Incentives + $200 Allowance
- 6 off days in a month
