Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers enquiries and feedback on customer orders status
  • Perform customers orders processing and ensure on time delivery
  • Work closely with operation teams and coordinate shipping activities
  • Monitor the fulfillment gaps, drive investigation of root cause and recovery plan
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent
  • With 2 - 3 years of customer service & shipping experience
