[URGENT] Education Consultant (Student Recruitment)

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential students to enroll with the school.
• To improve overall student enrollment rate and achieve student recruitment annual target.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales plans and materials.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Provide support or consultation to ensure student feedback and retention.
• Participate in educational conferences, trade shows, and events to network and generate leads.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 2 - 3 years of B2C sales experience.
• Prior experience within education industry or passionate to join education industry will be preferred.
