Job Description

  • Verify and process applications related to Payments services team
  • Handle general queries from touchpoints, policyholders and internal colleagues
  • Liaise with other departments, including Bancassurance, Claims, Group Risk Management on payment services related cases
  • Support the Unit and Section Lead in workflow documentation
  • Other adhoc duties as assigned.
