Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in offer negotiations and issuance of Letters of Appointment (LOA).
- Prepare onboarding documents and support the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company.
Employee Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance data.
- Manage employee exit processes, including final salary computations, leave entitlement calculations, and repatriation arrangements.
- Administer employee insurance, address inquiries, and verify monthly medical invoices.
- Manage administrative tasks related to employee performance and warnings.
Compensation & Benefit:
- Process bi-monthly payroll and address salary-related inquiries from employees.
- Prepare confirmation appraisal forms and issue confirmation letters.
- Manage all aspects of work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle all login and leave application issues.
- Attend to audit matters.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training requirements and manage related administrative tasks.
Exit Management:
- Manage the exit clearance process, including conducting exit interviews and processing final settlements.
General Administration:
- Assign and replace access cards, issue staff IDs, visitor passes, and contractor passes.
- Manage IT access including email IDs, MS Windows access, and laptops maintain accurate records.
- Support company events, including special lunch arrangements and festive decorations.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably with a focus on recruitment, payroll, or employee relations.
- Preferred background in FMCG industry / Food industry.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., Infotech, Payboy).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
