Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee applications development and maintenance to improve company productivity.
- Take responsibility for company devices and networking needs.
- Perform regular system checks and maintenance to prevent hardware issues.
- Provide tiered support for network and system issues, including troubleshooting, escalation and coordination with external vendors as needed.
- Carry out testing and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Fire Alarm, Public Address and other Security & Communication systems.
- Manage IT assets, plan and apply necessary patches as needed.
- Establish Cyber Security policy and data storage needs.
- Custodian for usernames passwords.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking & cloud solutions.
- Hands-on experience with system integration and troubleshooting across various platforms.
- Responsible, team-player and organized.
