Key Account Executive-FMCG Modern Trade

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Marketing activities on the assigned Modern Trade Channel.
  • Monitoring sales and distribution performance and taking timely action to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Product development team internally to consistently improve the Product and update Marketing situation & activities.
  • Lead the Business Plan with Customers and Incorporating customers objectives, strategy, and the same ultimate Sales goal.
  • Present Marketing activities and set the Premium product for assigned Modern Trade Channel.
  • Present New Product for assigned Modern Trade Channel identified the benefit compared with a competitor.
  • Regularly visiting stores in order to identify areas of improvement.
  • Control, follow up, Collects Marketing activities, Promotion Post-evaluation, Marketing expenses for Reporting on a monthly basis.
  • Monitoring sales and distribution performance by item, execute, and drive effective promotion.
  • Follow up / Coordinate purchased order, Delivery, Recurring, and Credit note.
  • The cost estimate, Point out the invoice Receipt and other financial documents to the Accounting.
  • Improve Customer Engagement in order to develop the Customer Partnership, as well as acquire new customers.
  • Build and maintain productive, long-term relationships with key customers across modern and traditional trade channels as required by the company.
  • Understand customer needs and market dynamics to deliver tailored solutions that maximize business outcomes.
  • Be the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Economic, and other related fields.
  • Marketing Knowledge and Market situation.
  • Experience with Consumer Goods /FMCG Industry/ in Modern Trade channel is a plus.
  • Good Analytical Skill
  • Good Negotiation skills
  • Ability to Present Market activities and has presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Good problem solving & Decision making
  • Good Command of English Communication
  • Computer-literate Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Able to use Google tools and has Social Media skills Facebook, Twitter.
