• Mentoring and cross-training staff with a standardized training program and documentation.
• Implementing required quality management systems to ensure customer work scope, results, and team performance meet approved SOPs and organization's safety and quality requirements.
• Participating in cost, quality, and efficiency improvement initiatives
• Coordinating and ensuring timely calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Maintaining good laboratory housekeeping with the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Science courses
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant working experience in a laboratory environment
• Able to start immediate
