Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategies to expand our channel partner network, focusing on suppliers and integrators in the physical security and smart workspace sectors, including lift suppliers and commercial building facility management system integrators.
- Strengthen existing relationships and build new connections with key industry players in physical security, such as providers of turnstiles, CCTV, and comprehensive building management solutions.
- Perform market research to identify trends in smart workspaces and physical security, ensuring our channel strategies align with evolving market demands and opportunities.
- Train and support channel partners on our products and value proposition, with a focus on integrating smart workspace solutions with physical security systems.
- Work closely with partners to co-develop customized sales and marketing strategies aimed at enhancing market penetration and driving revenue growth across all channels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in channel sales, with a strong focus on smart workspace solutions, physical security systems, and IT digital transformation.
- Established network within the physical security industry, including connections with lift suppliers, commercial building facility management system integrators, and other relevant parties.
- In-depth understanding of the smart workspace ecosystem and physical security technologies, such as turnstiles, CCTV, and building management systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
- Willing to travel as required to engage with partners, attend events, and drive business development efforts.
