- Achieve targets set which involves calling of policyholders on a daily basis to initiate recovery
- Engage and communicate with our policyholders to gather information and assist them in claim submission to third party
- Use sound communication skills to successfully persuade and convince policyholders to proceed with the claims recovery process
- Demonstrate and ensure standard operating procedures are met when handling outbound and inbound calls with policyholders and financial consultants
- Ensuring proper tracking and documentation of call activities and outcomes
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats andtechnologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned by supervisor.
Our Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, insurance qualifications or equivalent experience preferably 1 year of insurance claims recovery and/or claim operations experience
