• Together with the project team, analyze and optimize HR data
• Develop and implement data standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and integrity across all HR data
• Work closely with HR functional stakeholders to understand data needs and requirements, address data related challenges and support HR processes
• Work with IT team to troubleshoot and resolve data issues
• Identify opportunities to improve data related processes and workflows, ensuring that data management practices evolve with business needs
• Other adhoc duties as assigned.
