Responsibilities:
- Facilitating learning through well thought-out classroom activities
- Come up with lesson plans and create classroom environment that is safe, joyful and conducive for learning as well as ensure the delivery of activities and lessons.
- Engage parents actively, in providing updates on their children's development, establish two-way and regular communication through various modes eg face-to-face, e-mails, parent portal and forms of written communication.
- Partner fellow team mates in the centre and work together on shared goals to establish LSH as a high quality preschool provider.
Requirements:
- Minimum with a Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education, Diploma in Child Pyschology & Early Education
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
