URGENT: Quantity Surveyor (M&E / C&S)

Responsibilities:

• Ability to source quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Compile price comparisons and create costing summaries.
• Provide comprehensive quantity surveying services.
• Prepare interim valuations and manage contract variations, including pricing and agreement.
• Ensure regular and up-to-date submission and follow-up of claims.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, in collaboration with the architect and/or client.
• Prepare and analyze tender costs.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil & Structural Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the contracting industry, with experience in sourcing and tendering.
• Must be meticulous, independent, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
• Should be a good team player, capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
