URGENT: Quantity Surveyor - MNC/A1/MAINCON

Our client is one of the leading Main contractors in Singapore who has been working with different government projects and has a reputable financial record.

They are a listed company globally and has completed MRTs projects recently.

Job Scope

• Monitoring project costs throughout the construction phase.
• Identifying potential cost overruns and implementing measures to mitigate them.
• Preparing the final account for the project, which includes reconciling costs and payments
• Monitoring the progress of the project and ensuring that it is on schedule and within budget.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
• Experience in Civil Projects is an advantage
• Background in LTA projects is a plus
