Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Key Account Plans and strategies, including sales and trade activities
- Lead a team of Key Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and Sales Promoters to meet business objectives and KPIs
- Support Key Accounts in creating and executing Joint Business Plans (JBPs) to achieve key goals and KPIs
- Implement strategic plans to meet business objectives and KPIs
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI through strategic planning
- Work with the Marketing team to coordinate sales activities and promotions, boosting product visibility and consumer engagement
- Ensure annual sales and profit targets are met, along with managing A&P expenses
- Analyze market and consumer demands and adapt strategies accordingly
- Build strong relationships with clients to be the preferred partner for new initiatives
- Lead negotiations on commercial strategies with customers
- Inspire and guide the sales team to achieve high performance
- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Operations, and other departments
Requirements:
- Diploma Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint), SAP or equivalent
- Detail-oriented with strong business sense, aptitude and passion for research, data analysis and problem solving
- Excellent Negotiation & Influencing Skills
- Good interpersonal and communication and presentation skills
- Experienced in managing sales merchandiser/representatives will be a plus point.
