Responsibilities:
- Manage ex-stock list and record incoming and outgoing stocks.
- Fetch sales enquiries, discuss clients needs and propose concepts, products & solutions.
- Negotiate price and project timelines with customers.
- Follow up closely on job orders with clear and concise communications with produtions.
- Ensure stock inventory list is accurate and up-to-date at all times.
- Support sales team with processing quotation, sales order & filing.
- Attend to customer enquiries, follow-up and maintain good relationship with customer.
- Coordinate orders and lead time with operations team.
- Participate in sales & marketing meetings to provide update on feedback from customer.
- Achieve team target and provide back up to other team members when they are away.
- Ensure correct billing information with accounts receivable & provide support in recovering outstanding bills.
- Attend site visits, Build rapport with customers, providing consultation and sales support.
- Ensure successful outcome of transactions, contracts and proposals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and news and ensure product offerings are updated and relevant.
- Any other related task and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Possess Diploma / Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills (Spoken and Written)
- Meticulous, highly organized and team-player.
- Self-driven, adaptive and interpersonal skills.
