URGENT! Senior Facilities Executive

1x Security - access card management & red teaming exercises. Must be a practicing FSM (Designated FSM)
1x Event Management - oversee set up and teardown, FSM cert (optional), average of 2 events per month. Front facing role.

Job Responsibilities:

• Scheduling preventative maintenance, pest control, horticulture, security management etc
• Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
• Supervise contractors to carry out maintenance work to ensure that the upkeep and the Site is maintained to meet the service standard.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent with 3 years of relevant experience in facilities operations management
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Possesses a valid Fire Safety Manager certification
