[URGENT] Shipping/ Logistics Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day shipping operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve any shipping-related issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and documentation.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or NITEC in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent
• At least 1 2 years of shipping operation experience
