Job Description
To provision and de-provision IT systems access to users in accordance with the joiner and leaver process within the agreed KPI.
Provide support in advisory capacity to IT Support teams, access approvers and audit teams.
Liaise with System Administrators and Business Owners to understand role composition and profile management of systems.
Participate in internal and external audits to produce evidence of process control.
Ensure all access controls and processes are fit for purpose, and to identify opportunities to streamline the current processes and in order to meet the requirements of audit and compliance policies.
Identify, document, develop and continually improve processes and controls for access to IT systems.
Support the UAT testing on administration module to ensure new applications are on-onboarded efficiently, role profiles are appropriate and maintained and that general operation of the solution is monitored and maintained.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or relevant study.
Individual interested in technology security and compliance.
Demonstrates ability to manage communications with stakeholders.
Work closely with Internal Audit, to align plans and strategy.
Produce and deliver high quality work products including formal deliverables, technical -documentation and reporting.
Relevant experience in access control and MS office product.
Must maintain a strong understanding of access control policies/procedures, vendor onboarding processes and access management resources.
Review request Task System and the e-workflow tool.
Strong discipline in compliance and security policies.
Good system knowledge relating to workflow, SNOW and access control, or any of the relevant tools.
Basic knowledge in desktop computing and Microsoft Office products.
