As a User Experience Designer, you have a passion for solving UX challenges and ability to distil complex issues into useful and intuitive design solutions for users.
Research Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute user research strategies including methods like focus groups and face-to-face interviews.
- Conduct and manage user research and concept development, collaborating closely with product owners.
- Display a strong commitment to user-centered design through expertise in usability testing, A/B testing, stakeholder interviews, surveys, and transforming findings into actionable insights.
Design Responsibilities:
- Chart user journeys and assist agencies in defining processes to enhance service experiences.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas across digital platforms.
- Apply knowledge of UI and Design Systems and write clear, engaging copy to improve user experiences.
- Utilize Figma for design tasks.
Collaboration and Team Engagement:
- Foster collaboration within the team, maintaining high motivation and morale to explore effective design solutions while meeting deadlines.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Contribute to project delivery by defining scope, goals, and deliverables in conjunction with stakeholders.
- Cultivate relationships and communicate regularly with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.

- Up to date and actively learning, you need to hone your skills, keep up with trends so that your designs are fresh and relevant.
- Front end development/web development technologies such as HTML/HTML5, CSS, SCSS JavaScript, and Responsive Web Design will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of web and mobile technologies and their impact of feasibility on design solutions.
- A portfolio of an array of digital projects.
- Experience with Figma.
- Advanced knowledge of design and prototyping tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch.
- Minimum 3 years of experience of working as a Visual/UI/Web Designer.
- Degree or Diploma in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications), HCI, CS, or a related field or equivalent practical experience).
