UX Intern (Paid Internship)

We are seeking a versatile UX intern who is not only skilled in creating Figma prototypes but also interested in conducting UX research within the carbon credit industry to inform the design of our platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys taking on multiple responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our Head of Product and development team to create intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for our platform
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that clearly communicate design concepts and user interactions
- Conduct user research to gather insights and evaluate the effectiveness of UX designs
- Translate user needs and project goals into innovative, accessible design solutions
- Ensure design consistency across projects while adhering to brand guidelines
- Collaborate with developers to implement UX components that align with design specifications
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and contributions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience, UX Design, Interactive Design, or equivalent experience
- An up-to-date design portfolio alongside your resume
- Experience building prototypes in Figma
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, collaborating with a team, and iterating based on feedback
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Previous experience in sustainability is a plus
- Previous experience designing for cryptocurrency is a plus
