UX Researcher

We are looking for an UX Research Consultant who thrives in multi-disciplinary environments and is eager to grow with us. This role blends research, human-centered design (HCD) principles, and modern AI tools to deliver insights that shape impactful digital outcomes. You will steer conversations with stakeholders, helping to align research and design strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Passionate about turning data into insights and insights into strategic decisions that influence business outcomes.
• Conducts end-to-end research using HCD principles-ranging from user interviews and usability tests to ideation sessions.
• Collaborates within lean, multi-disciplinary teams to align business priorities with meaningful design outcomes.
• Monitors performance and trends to continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Leads project conversations and ensures research insights steer strategic direction effectively.

Prerequisites

• Comfortable using AI tools to empower research, analysis, and design workflows.
• Stays curious and up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends.
• Skilled in interpreting data and delivering actionable insights through concise reporting.
• Identifies new opportunities for process improvements that align with business and user needs.
• Works fluidly in lean and agile models across multi-disciplinary teams to achieve shared goals.
