Key Responsibili es: . Design Implementa on: Convert UX/UI designs into high-quality, responsive front end code using HTML, CSS, and TypeScript (React). . Prototype Crea on: Build interac ve prototypes to demonstrate and test user interac ons and flows before full implementa on. . Design System Management: Collaborate with the design and development teams to maintain and evolve design systems and UI component libraries for consistent branding and user experience. . Cross-func onal Collabora on: Work closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to ensure feasibility, consistency, and user-centered design. . Usability Tes ng & Opmiza on: Conduct usability tests on prototypes and live implementa ons to iden fy areas for improvement in user experience and front-end performance. . Accessibility Compliance: Ensure all front-end implementa ons meet accessibility standards (WCAG) for a broad and inclusive user base. . Performance Opmiza on: Opmize front-end code for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compa bility. . Con nuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest trends in UX design, front end development, and web technologies to introduce innova ve solu ons and improve user sa sfac on. Qualifica ons: . Experience: 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong focus on front-end development. . Technical Skills: o Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks like React, or Vue.js. o Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel). o Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and modern development workflows. o Understanding of REST APIs and basic back-end integra on. o Design Tools: Strong skills in design and prototyping tools such as Figma. o UX/UI Exper se: A solid understanding of UX principles, UI pa erns, and best prac ces for responsive and mobile-first design. o Accessibility: Experience implemen ng accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0+ compliance) in front-end development. . Problem Solving: Ability to analyze user feedback, research trends, and iterate designs based on insights from data and tes ng. . Collabora on: Strong communica on skills and experience working in an Agile environment with cross-func onal teams. . Bonus: Experience in A/B tes ng and data-driven design improvements.
